The Tele-caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential customers about products or services, answer queries, and provide accurate information. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the system, and following call scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs. The role involves coordinating with team members to meet call and conversion targets, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring a courteous, professional experience on every call.
