AI Product Management & Development Intern Team: Tech Systems and Products Organisation: Omysha Foundation (VONG & A4G) Overview: Join our Tech Systems and Products team as an AI Product Manager & Developer Intern who will own the complete development of one assigned system using Large Language Models and AI agentic frameworks. You'll work within a 3-4 person team where each member drives a specific product identified by our Organization Performance Management and HR teams, while also supporting product management activities across other organizational teams. What You'll Do Primary (60%): AI Product Development & Web Systems Lead the end-to-end development of one assigned system from our internal or external product portfolio (e.g., CRM, LMS, HRMS, Recruitment Automation, Email Marketing Automation, AI-assisted tools for mental well-being, sustainability, or governance). Design and implement product workflows and UI/UX prototypes using AI and LLM capabilities. Collaborate on the development of event websites, microsites, and web-based dashboards (for flagship initiatives like VONG SS7 and Symposium 2.0). Build intelligent product features using AI agentic frameworks, integrating automation, personalization, and analytics. Deploy and maintain systems while integrating user feedback for iterative improvement. Implement solutions using agentic frameworks alongside the team. Analyze requirements and build product flows using AI/LLM capabilities. Secondary (40%): Full Stack Development & Technical Design Support Contribute to frontend and backend enhancements across organizational platforms. Work on UI/UX design and implementation to ensure intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive websites for campaigns, events, and collaborative projects. Manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, PostgreSQL) for internal systems and optimize data flows. Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues for web and product systems. Maintain code quality, scalability, and deployment readiness across all platforms. Provide technical support to internal teams, helping diagnose and resolve bugs, deployment errors, or integration challenges. What Were Looking For Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of Full Stack Development (frontend & backend). Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar). Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools, APIs, and frameworks. Knowledge of web hosting, CMS, and version control systems (GitHub). Strong proficiency with Large Language Models and prompt engineering. Eagerness to learn AI agentic frameworks collaboratively with the team Problem-solving mindset and rapid learning ability Preferred Experience: Website design and development for events or campaigns. Integrating AI features into web products or dashboards. Collaborative projects involving cross-functional and remote teams.
