Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant at Verdicto is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role supports senior leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records and documentation, organizing files, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate internal and external meetings, manage follow-ups on key action items, and assist in scheduling consultations or partner interactions as needed. Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and documentation for senior leaders.

Proficient Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Professional Phone Etiquette for handling calls, managing inquiries, and providing clear, courteous information and support.

Prior experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in a technology, legal, or professional services setting.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and document management.
