Tamil Tution Teacher (Remote/In Person)

We’re Hiring Online Tamil Teachers

Vislas Academy is looking for passionate Tamil teachers to conduct online tuition for primary school students. You’ll help children build confidence in using Tamil while strengthening their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

What you’ll do

  • Teach live online lessons suited to each student’s level and learning needs
  • Explain Tamil vocabulary and language concepts clearly and patiently
  • Use stories, conversation, games and digital activities to keep lessons engaging
  • Help students practise and improve, and share feedback on their progress

Who we’re looking for

  • Teachers with a strong command of Tamil and experience teaching primary school Tamil tuition
  • Familiarity with the Singapore primary school Tamil curriculum
  • Confidence in teaching online and working with children of different abilities
  • A reliable, patient and encouraging teaching style
Past MOE teaching experience is a plus.

Rate: $40 per hour

Format: Online
