Talent Researcher/Sourcer (WFH)


About the job:

Plenty Search is a boutique US executive search firm led by ex-Google, Airbnb, and LinkedIn operators. We're looking for new trainees in India! This role starts with 8-12 weeks of paid, structured training/probation before moving into a full-time position. You'll work on real projects from day one, learning the craft of executive search with direct mentorship from experienced recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn how executive search works in US startups
2. Understand what founders and investors look for in senior hires
3. Conduct market research using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other tools
4. Build high-quality talent lists
5. Analyze candidate backgrounds and flag strong profiles
6. Share insights on talent trends and competitor hiring activity
