Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter, offering a base of 8k plus performance-based incentives; candidates must have their own laptop and Wi-Fi connection. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will support onboarding activities, help improve recruitment processes, and contribute to workforce planning for different business divisions such as tours and travels and organic products. The position requires regular reporting on recruitment metrics and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
  • Proficiency in using online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for candidate outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, onboarding practices, and standard hiring documentation.
  • Comfort working in a remote setup, with reliable access to a laptop and high-speed internet.
  • Ability to work with targets and incentives, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field; familiarity with the travel or consumer products sector is an advantage.
