The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. - Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and employees courteously. - Handle incoming calls, screen and redirect them to the concerned departments. - Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security/admin teams. - Manage meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings and appointments. - Handle courier, dispatch, incoming/outgoing mail, and documentation records. - Coordinate with housekeeping, administration, and facility teams for smooth office operations. - Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests. - Support HR/Admin in employee attendance coordination, onboarding formalities, and basic administrative tasks. - Ensure reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times. - Assist senior management with basic coordination and administrative support as required. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Required Skills & Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline. - 5+ years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Front Office Administrator. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Pleasing personality with a professional and presentable demeanor. - Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. - Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
