Stuba Customer Support Position Overview:

Customer Support agents receive and respond to queries from clients and suppliers via telephone and email, raising issues or resolution of issues, updating inboxes and ensuring clients are provided a high standard of service. This is a non-call centric role that requires the ability to effectively communicate and respond to clients and have problem solving and organizational skills.
