Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides strategic and operational support, ensuring effective coordination of business priorities, projects, stakeholder relationships, and executive initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Support the Chairman in managing strategic initiatives and business priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
Prepare business reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries.
Conduct research, gather market intelligence, and analyze information to support decision-making.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of action items and deliverables.
Assist in business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking activities.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, consultants, investors, government authorities, and business partners as required.
Attend meetings, record key decisions, and monitor implementation of agreed actions.
Support the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities and special projects.
Review and streamline administrative and operational processes to improve efficiency.
Manage confidential business information and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Represent the executive office in interactions with internal and external stakeholders when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Engineering, along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support, Project Coordination, or similar role.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with numbers, budgets, and financial information.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, confidentiality, grit, and perseverance.
Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
