Job Overview

The Store Manager Footwear (Brand Reliance) is a senior retail role responsible for managing end-to-end store operations across key locations in Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Noida. This full-time position requires up to 8 years of relevant retail experience.

The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales performance, delivering premium customer experiences, and leading high-performing store teams while ensuring operational excellence and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day store activities efficiently (Mandatory).
  • Proven experience in inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stock loss or shortages (Mandatory).
  • Strong visual merchandising skills to enhance store presentation and attract customers (Mandatory).
