Overview of the Job

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO GET SPONSORSHIP. To join our vibrant team, we are looking for a driven and passionate Retail Sales Associate. You will be the public face of our store in this capacity, offering outstanding customer service and making sure every customer has a great shopping experience. Duties

  • Respond to client grievances or issues with tact and consideration.
  • Work together as a team to meet sales goals and preserve a productive workplace.
  • Attend training events to keep your knowledge of products and sales strategies current.

Requirements

  • While not required, prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact with clients in a productive manner.
  • Amiable, personable, and dedicated to offering top-notch service.
  • The capacity to work a variety of hours, including on the weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Fundamental numeracy abilities to accurately handle currency transactions.
  • Aproactive approach to picking up new abilities and adjusting to the ever-changing retail landscape.
