Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable SSC, RRB, and Bank Exam Trainers to guide and train students preparing for government and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for SSC, RRB, and Banking examinations.
  • Teach relevant subjects such as Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and exam-specific topics.
  • Explain concepts clearly and provide effective shortcuts and exam strategies.
  • Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
  • Clear students’ doubts and provide regular feedback.
  • Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and overall exam performance.
Eligibility
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any government examination are also eligible to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of SSC, RRB, or Banking exam patterns and syllabus.
  • Good communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring competitive-exam aspirants.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
