<p><strong>About the company: A Networking consulting and software solutions company</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Government & PSU Sales professional with 12+ years of experience selling SD-WAN, NMS, Routers, Switches and enterprise networking solutions in the Indian market.</p><p>The role will focus on business development, strategic account management, government tenders, partner ecosystem and revenue growth across assigned Government and PSU customers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the Government & PSU sales strategy for networking and connectivity solutions.</li><li>Identify and build opportunities across Central/State Government, PSUs, Government agencies, Defense/Public Sector organizations and large institutions.</li><li>Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT/Network Heads, procurement teams and key decision makers.</li><li>Own the sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity development through RFP/RFQ, tender participation, negotiation and closure.</li><li>Track & proactive engagement in government projects, tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, GeM opportunities and large network transformation initiatives.</li><li>Work with Pre-Sales/Technical teams to position the right SD-WAN, NMS, routing, switching and network infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Work in ecosystem with System Integrators, OEMs, resellers, government-focused channel partners & Consultants.</li><li>Manage large-value, complex and multi-location opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long procurement cycles.</li><li>Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong short-, medium- and long-term sales pipeline.</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations and achieve revenue, margin and business growth targets.</li><li>Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal and Project teams for successful deal execution.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline and opportunity reports.</li><li>Represent the organization in customer meetings, industry events, government forums and partner engagements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Core Competencies</p><ul><li>12+ years of experience in Government & PSU sales in India.</li></ul><p>Track record of handling large-value and long-cycle government/PSU deals.</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of government procurement and tendering processes.</li><li>End to end experience with RFP/RFQ/EOI, GeM, pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications and bid management.</li><li>Understanding of L1, QCBS and other government evaluation models.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Please share your resumes with bhawna@marketscope.in</p><p><br></p>
