Spa Therapist – Job Description Position: Spa Therapist Department: Spa & Wellness Location: The Rajbari Bawali, West Bengal About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and professionally trained Spa Therapist to provide exceptional wellness and therapeutic experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of spa treatments, excellent grooming standards, and a warm, guest-focused approach. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional spa, body, and wellness treatments as per established standards. Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and treatment requirements. Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and sanitation. Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms and spa equipment. Recommend suitable treatments and wellness services to guests. Handle guests professionally while ensuring privacy, comfort, and safety. Maintain treatment records and report any concerns to the Spa Manager. Ensure proper usage and stock of spa products and supplies. Follow all hotel and spa SOPs and service standards. Candidate ProfileCertification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty & Wellness , or a related field. Prior experience in a hotel, resort, luxury spa, or wellness centre preferred. Good knowledge of various massage and spa therapies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with strong grooming and hygiene standards. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Female candidates preferred for this position.
