Location: Delhi NCR Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (CTC) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers & up to 1 year of experience can apply Job Description Software Support & Operations Executive About OPTM OPTM is a technology-driven healthcare and wellness company focused on developing innovative digital solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency. We are looking for enthusiastic Computer Science graduates who are eager to learn, solve problems, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for internal software applications and systems. Assist in software testing, bug tracking, and issue resolution. Coordinate with the development team to report and verify software defects. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Support system implementation, software deployment, and user onboarding. Work with databases to retrieve and update information as required. Perform basic SQL queries and data validation. Assist in API testing using tools such as Postman. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Learn and work with new technologies as per business requirements. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain project updates. Required Skills B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Understanding of SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. Basic understanding of APIs and software development lifecycle. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly. Knowledge of Git, cloud platforms, or AI tools will be an added advantage. Eligibility Freshers are encouraged to apply.
