The Role

OpenTrain is seeking software and development experts based in India to perform specialized labeling tasks in one computer science, programming, or software development category. You may apply for exactly one category and must have at least five years of experience in the category you select.

As a Labeler, you will review, categorize, and annotate technical content for accuracy and clarity. The work may involve programming, software development, computer science, or related technical subject matter depending on your selected specialty.

Requirements and Qualifications

This opportunity is intended for experienced subject matter experts who can demonstrate strong technical knowledge in one selected category. Candidates must be located in India and communicate in English at a C1 or C2 proficiency level.

The role is listed at an intermediate experience level, with a specific requirement of five or more years of experience in the category selected for the application.

Interview and Evaluation

Candidates must complete a coding or skills test and a live interview to be considered. During the interview, candidates must clearly identify the one category they are applying for, their highest level of education, their years of experience in that category, and the exact number of hours per week they can commit if hired.

Honest participation is required throughout the interview and evaluation process. Dishonesty during the interview may result in a permanent ban from the OpenTrain AI platform.
