Social Media Marketing (Content Creation) - Internship (Part Time)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research trending content ideas around construction, home building, renovation and interiors for homeowners and contractors
2. Create reels, short videos, carousels, infographics, static posts and stories using shooting, editing, design and AI tools
3. Write captions, hooks, scripts and hashtags in Hindi, English or Hinglish
4. Manage and publish content across ThekeYaar's Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and YouTube pages, adapting it to each platform
5. Visit our Delhi office and construction sites for video and photo shoots when required
6. Maintain the posting calendar and deliver 12-15 pieces of content per month (about 3-4 a week)
7. Track reach, views and engagement, and share a short weekly performance report with learnings
8. Support campaigns and contractor-onboarding creatives as needed

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Must be based in Delhi and comfortable visiting our office and construction sites for shoots
  2. 2. Portfolio or a sample Instagram page/reels link is highly preferred
  3. 3. Hands-on with short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot or Premiere Pro) and Canva/Photoshop/Figma
  4. 4. Comfortable using AI tools to create visuals, videos, voiceovers and copy
  5. 5. Fluent in Hindi and English (Hinglish is fine) for captions, hooks and scripts
  6. 6. Own laptop, smartphone and stable internet
  7. 7. Available for a 1-month internship, with possible extension
  8. 8. Interest in construction, real estate, interiors or startups is an added advantage
