ABC Sales Leadership Program Objective: The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path. This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital. The Program aims at hiring Sales Trainees into the multiple Sales and Distribution channels across the Aditya Birla Capital.

Candidate Profile: MBA / PGDM with specialization into Sales & Marketing / BFSI Prior Experience: 0 – 3 years Role: Sales Trainee Key Result Areas: a) To drive Sales of financial Products and achieve Sales Targets as per the Goal Sheet. b) Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products. c) To ensure all the Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Services to the Customers / Clients. d) Relationship Management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements. e) Manpower planning, Team Management and continuously developing and supporting them in their deliverables. Compensation Structure: INR 900,000 per annum (break up given below) Year 1: Fixed Cost - INR 7,00,000 per annum
Assured Bonus: INR 1,00,000 post completion of 1 year based on performance Joining Bonus: INR 1,00,000 in first month’s salary, recoverable in case SLP leaves the organisation within the 1st year of service/non confirmation due to performance issues. Year 2: Will move to Sales Incentives plan of the respective LOB. Expectations from the candidates:
