Job Title Service Sales Leader, Ultrasound North America (Remote-National) Job Description Service Sales Leader, Ultrasound North America (Remote-National) Services Sales Leader will drive overall business strategy creation and operational execution of a Services business across Businesses within a Market. Services Commercial Leader reports to the Market Services & Solutions Delivery Leader. Your role: Develop and execute the annual Service Sales business plan, aligning stakeholders to drive contract revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning. Own Service Sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue, order, and AOP targets across the full portfolio. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers (e.g., corporate and government accounts), ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Lead and optimize sales operations, including forecasting tools, quoting processes, marketing programs, and compliance standards to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory adherence. Manage, coach, and hold Service Sales leadership reputed company; oversee hiring, reputed company planning, performance management, and compensation to drive productivity and engagement. Drive organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration by establishing KPIs, leading reputed company initiatives, and partnering with Sales, Service, Operations, and Marketing to deliver business results. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales leadership. Service Sales business experience is Required. Your skills include driving large, complex, multi-solution deals. Complex contracting experience, required You have a bachelor's degree. MBA preferred. Or equivalent experience. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $175,000 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is reputed company component of the reputed company Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
