Position Overview: We are Service Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing service operations related to Integrated Power Supply (IPS) systems across PAN India. The role involves supervising field service engineers, ensuring timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and failure resolution activities, while maintaining strong coordination with railway authorities and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all service engineers reporting to the Noida office, including site deployment, travel arrangements, and advance payments.Attend and respond to service calls received from field engineers and railway authorities ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.Monitor and ensure timely installation and commissioning (I&C) of IPS systems as per deadlines specified by railway authorities.Coordinate with service teams to ensure completion of installation and commissioning activities without delays.Compile and submit installation, commissioning, and service completion reports to management for payment processing and project closure.Conduct training sessions for newly joined service engineers and employees on AMC formats, I&C documentation, Customer Call Reports (CCR), tour bill procedures, and other service-related processes.Arrange and deploy service engineers for modification works, preventive maintenance activities, and emergency breakdown attendances.Ensure prompt response and resolution of IPS product failures across railway divisions and customer locations.Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to IPS installations, service activities, pending issues, and engineer deployment status.Verify service engineers tour bills and supporting documents before forwarding them for approval and processing.Assist in maintaining and updating service-related records, compliance sheets, and welfare documentation such as Shramik Kalyan records.Monitor service performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols during all service operations.Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.06 Month to 02 years of experience in service operations, field service coordination, installation & commissioning, or customer support functions.Preferred Skills: Strong coordination and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of installation, commissioning, and maintenance processes.Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and service documentation.Familiarity with railway operations and customer service procedures.Statcon Electronics and Statcon Powtech are Equal Opportunity Employers and consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, age, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
