What you will do: • Support day-to-day customer support work on active Hero MotoCorp programmes in Faridabad. • Apply Communication, Customer Service, Automobile Basics, CRM to real problems, with review and mentorship from senior engineers. • Collect and analyse data, document your findings and present them to the team. • Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality and supply-chain colleagues. • Follow safety, quality and compliance standards expected in automotive manufacturing.
