SEO Content Writer & AI Content Specialist (WFH & Part Time)


About the job:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer & AI Content Specialist to create high-quality, search-engine-optimized content for our certification exam courses. The ideal candidate should be skilled at writing informative blog articles, transforming AI-generated content into natural, human-like writing, and optimizing content for search engines. Social media management will be a smaller part of the role, supporting our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, write, and publish high-quality SEO-optimized blog articles related to certification exams and professional learning.
2. Convert AI-generated drafts into natural, engaging, and human-like content that provides genuine value to readers.
3. Optimize articles for on-page SEO, including keyword placement, headings, internal linking, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
4. Ensure all content is original, well-structured, grammatically accurate, and aligned with the brand voice.
5. Research industry trends, certification updates, and competitor content to identify new content opportunities.
6. Refresh and improve existing blog content to enhance search rankings and user engagement.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that increase organic traffic.
8. Maintain consistency in writing style, formatting, and SEO best practices across all content.
9. Perform basic keyword research using SEO tools (or Google search) to identify relevant topics and search intent.
10. Proofread and edit content for readability, accuracy, and SEO performance before publication.
11. Repurpose blog content into engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
12. Write compelling captions and promotional copy for social media.
13. Create simple social media creatives using Canva, including banners, carousels, and promotional graphics.
