# Senior Talent Acquisition Manager We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategic hiring initiatives and build high-performing teams across business-critical functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, talent strategy, and hiring for niche and leadership roles. This role requires someone who can manage complex hiring mandates, build strong talent pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and partner closely with business leaders to attract top-quality talent. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans. - Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche positions. - Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce requirements. - Translate business needs into effective hiring plans. - Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices. - Manage expectations around hiring timelines and candidate quality. - Lead hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels. - Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer closure. - Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. - Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics. - Mentor and guide recruiters to improve productivity and hiring quality. - Establish recruitment best practices and standard operating procedures. - Analyze hiring data and improve recruitment efficiency. - Manage agency partnerships and external recruitment channels. - Ensure strong evaluation of candidates beyond resume screening. - Develop structured interview frameworks and assessment processes. - Identify high-potential candidates who align with company culture and business goals. ## Requirements - 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. - Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes. - Strong experience hiring mid-to-senior level and niche roles. - Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience handling multiple hiring mandates simultaneously. - Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - **Mandatory** experience working with hiring managers and leadership teams. - **Mandatory** experience handling complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and offer closure. - **Required** understanding of recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring funnel metrics. - **Preferred** industry background in high-growth startups, technology companies, e-commerce, SaaS, or consulting environments. - **Preferred** sourcing expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, networking, referrals, and advanced talent mapping. - **Preferred** experience managing leadership and specialized hiring. - **Preferred** exposure to building recruitment teams and scaling hiring operations. - **Preferred** work model: Work From Office. - **Preferred** key qualities: Strong sourcing skills, ownership mindset, stakeholder management, and decision-making ability. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience in high-growth startups, technology companies, e-commerce, SaaS, or consulting environments. - Experience managing leadership and specialized hiring. - Exposure to building recruitment teams and scaling hiring operations. ## Key Qualities - Strong sourcing skills, ownership mindset, stakeholder management, and decision-making ability. ## Compensation - Monthly: ₹12–15 LPA
