Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Development

    – Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high‑performing remote chat squad. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑gap analyses to foster continuous growth.

      Quality & Compliance Oversight

      – Monitor live chat interactions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal policies. Implement quality assurance frameworks and provide actionable feedback.

        Customer Experience Strategy

        – Design and execute initiatives that elevate the chat experience, from response time targets to conversational tone guidelines. Leverage customer journey mapping to identify friction points.

          Cross‑Functional Collaboration

          – Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and IT to resolve escalated issues, share insights, and align on feature enhancements. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.

            Data‑Driven Decision Making

            – Analyze chat metrics (CSAT, NPS, first‑contact resolution, volume trends) to uncover patterns, forecast staffing needs, and recommend process improvements.
