Role Description Part Time Senior Psychologist will provide high-quality psychological services, including individual counseling, assessments, and therapeutic interventions for clients across diverse backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical interviews, formulating case conceptualizations, planning treatment, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic wellness. The role involves contributing to workshops, group sessions, and outreach initiatives for corporate and educational partners when needed.

The Senior

Psychologist will also support supervision or guidance for junior practitioners and uphold ethical standards and evidence-based practices. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bandra.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.
  • Expertise in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including conducting structured evaluations and delivering appropriate interventions.
  • Relevant academic background in clinical or counseling psychology (Master’s or higher preferred), with appropriate licenses or registrations as applicable.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, corporate employees, and students, in mental health and wellness settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage a part-time, on-site caseload in Bandra.
  • Prior experience in corporate wellness programs, group facilitation, or community mental health initiatives is an advantage.
