The successful candidates will work on high-priority projects involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Pages, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft 365, and custom .NET development.<br><br>The role will contribute to the modernization of a large enterprise CRM supporting client management, grants and contributions, applications, reporting, and government programs.<br><br>Resources will work remotely from within Canada using government-issued equipment, VPN access, and approved systems.<br><br>________________________________________<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS solutions and enterprise CRM functionality.</li><li> Develop and maintain public-facing portals using Microsoft Power Pages.</li><li> Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security permissions.</li><li> Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.</li><li> Develop client-side JavaScript customizations within Dynamics 365.</li><li> Design and develop C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom actions using the Dynamics 365 SDK.</li><li> Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, middleware, and external services.</li><li> Perform complex data migrations into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dataverse.</li><li> Implement digital-signature capabilities integrated with Dynamics 365 and external portals.</li><li> Support development of client reporting and portal modules.</li><li> Support Dynamics 365 upgrades, including migration to new releases.</li><li> Develop automation solutions for high-volume business processes.</li><li> Integrate SharePoint with Dynamics 365 and related business applications.</li><li> Improve performance, security, accessibility, and usability across the Dynamics and portal environment.</li><li> Use Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.</li><li> Participate in Agile backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily workflow management, and user-story delivery.</li><li> Prepare technical documentation, demonstrations, training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions.<br><br></li></ul>________________________________________<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status.</li><li> Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS development experience.</li><li> Minimum 2 years of experience developing public-facing portals using Microsoft Power Pages.</li><li> Minimum 5 years of server-side Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK development, including plugins, custom workflow activities, and actions using C#/.NET.</li><li> Minimum 3 years of experience with other Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI, excluding Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and Dataverse.</li><li> Minimum 3 years of Azure DevOps experience within an Agile software-development environment, including daily Agile workflow management.</li><li> Strong experience with JavaScript and Dynamics 365 client-side customizations.</li><li> Experience developing integrations with Azure, Microsoft 365, APIs, middleware, and external services.</li><li> Experience with Dataverse data migration and ETL processes.</li><li> Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and application lifecycle management.</li><li> Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li> Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.<br><br></li></ul>________________________________________<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS development experience.</li><li> 4+ years of recent public-facing Power Pages development.</li><li> Previous federal government project experience.</li><li> Experience implementing WET, Canada.ca, and WCAG standards.</li><li> Experience with complex enterprise Dynamics 365 integrations.</li><li> Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 Online Services and Azure Cloud Services.</li><li> Experience with complex Dataverse ETL migrations from relational databases or similar data stores.</li><li> 5+ years of Dynamics/Power Platform DevOps and ALM experience.</li><li> Multiple Microsoft certifications, such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-series, or equivalent Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.</li><li> Experience with enterprise security architecture, custom controls, and complex business-process implementations.<br><br></li></ul>________________________________________<br><br><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong>Salary Range: $90.00 - $110.00 / hour<br><br>________________________________________<br><br>Our recruitment process is led by human recruiters who review all applications and make the final hiring decisions.
