Role & responsibilities 1. Exchange Business: Monitor and analyse evaluations productwise for exchange. Drive Retail of New Cars through Exchange conversions Plan and execute exchange activities in co-ordination with sales team. Conduct deal fail analysis and drive improvement in the conversion ratio for evaluations Execute win-back strategy. 2. TATA Motors Assured (Certified) Cars & Resale Value Management: Plan & execute resale volumes for TATA motors assured Monitor Refurbishment as per Evaluation and Certification of Cars for Warranty. Assist Price Grid Development of current Gen Products Execute & implement various initiatives along with relevant stakeholders to enhance resale value (RV) of TML products. Resolution of customer complaints. Capture consumer and market insights on pre-owned car business and communication to relevant stakeholders 3. Used Car Sales: Plan & execute resale volumes for All Brand Cars Implement Digital Strategy and initiatives to promote digital sales Ensure Proper Inventory management as per norms to drive increase in dealer profitability Timely Evaluation of Media Allocated cars for liquidation at best prices 4. Accessories Business: Drive Offtake and Retail volumes of Accessories Business as per monthly plans Monitor and analyse model/product wise Sales for improving per car penetration Driving Sales orders from dealers as per monthly schemes and plans Handling customer complaints and redressal through warehouse 5.
