Senior E-commerce Growth Manager – Amazon US & Walmart

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager who has strong hands-on experience managing and growing U.S. e-commerce marketplace accounts, particularly across Amazon US and Walmart.<br><br>This is a client-facing, account ownership role. The ideal candidate should come from an e-commerce agency or similar multi-client environment and should have experience taking ownership of marketplace performance, revenue growth, advertising, product visibility, and overall account growth.<br><br><strong>We are looking for someone who doesn't just analyze an account and provide recommendations, but someone who can say:<br><br></strong>"This is my client's account, and I am responsible for growing it."<br><br>The person will work closely with the U.S. focused clients/brands and will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, executing them, and measuring the resulting business impact.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> E-commerce Account Ownership</li><li>Take end-to-end ownership of assigned e-commerce accounts and marketplace performance. </li><li>Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, sales, profitability, and market share. </li><li>Understand the client's business objectives and translate them into actionable marketplace strategies. </li><li>Monitor account performance and proactively identify issues and growth opportunities. </li><li>Take ownership of execution rather than only providing recommendations. </li><li> Amazon US & Walmart Growth</li><li>Manage and grow client businesses across Amazon US, Walmart/Walmart.com, and other relevant U.S. marketplaces. </li><li>Develop marketplace growth strategies based on category, competition, customer behavior, product performance, and market trends. </li><li>Improve product visibility, organic rankings, conversion rates, and sales performance. </li><li>Drive product launches, assortment expansion, promotions, pricing initiatives, and marketplace optimization. </li><li>Identify underperforming products/accounts and create actionable recovery plans. </li><li> Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing</li><li>Manage and optimize Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns. </li><li>Develop strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other relevant advertising formats. </li><li>Monitor and optimize ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, sales and advertising efficiency. </li><li>Develop keyword, bidding, budget allocation, targeting, and campaign optimization strategies. </li><li>Identify opportunities to scale advertising while maintaining profitability. </li><li>Analyze campaign performance and connect advertising activities with overall business/revenue growth. </li><li> Product & Listing Optimization</li><li>Drive improvements in: </li><ul><li>Product listings </li><li>Titles </li><li>Bullet points </li><li>Product descriptions </li><li>A+ Content </li><li>Images and creative assets </li><li>Keywords </li><li>Search visibility </li><li>Conversion rates </li></ul><li>Work with content, creative, SEO, and other teams to improve the digital shelf. </li><li>Identify factors affecting product discoverability and conversion. </li><li> Revenue & Business Growth</li><li>Own revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts. </li><li>Analyze sales trends, marketplace data, customer behavior, competition, and product performance. </li><li>Build account-level growth plans and track results. </li><li>Identify opportunities for: </li><ul><li>Revenue expansion </li><li>New product launches understanding rather than purely operational knowledge. </li><li> Data & Performance Analysis</li><li>Regularly analyze marketplace and advertising data to identify performance gaps and opportunities. </li><li>Build and track KPIs related to revenue, profitability, advertising efficiency, conversion, traffic, rankings, and customer acquisition. </li><li>Use data to make decisions and prioritize initiatives. </li><li>Clearly communicate the business impact of strategies implemented. <br></li></ul><strong>Required Experience & Skills<br><br></strong><strong>Must-Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>10+ years of overall professional experience, preferably with significant e-commerce/marketplace experience. </li><li>Strong hands-on e-commerce growth/account management experience. </li><li>Experience working in an e-commerce agency, marketplace agency, performance marketing agency, or similar multi-client environment. </li><li>Strong experience managing Amazon US and/or Walmart US accounts. </li><li>Experience working with U.S. clients, brands, or U.S.-focused marketplace businesses. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads/PPC and campaign management. </li><li>Experience with marketplace growth, product optimization, advertising, conversion improvement, pricing/promotions, and revenue growth. </li><li>Experience managing client/account performance rather than purely providing advisory recommendations. </li><li>Strong analytical and commercial mindset. </li><li>Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Comfortable working in U.S.-aligned/night shift hours. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Strongly Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience managing at least one individual client/account generating $5M+ annual revenue. </li><li>Experience with larger/established consumer brands. </li><li>Experience managing multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously. </li><li>Experience with both Amazon US and Walmart US. </li><li>Experience managing significant advertising budgets. </li><li>Experience with P&L, profitability, and revenue ownership. </li><li>Experience in categories such as consumer products, FMCG, beauty/personal care, home, lifestyle, retail, etc. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Are NOT Looking For<br><br></strong><strong>We are not primarily looking for candidates who have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Only worked at Amazon or Walmart in an internal/advisory role. </li><li>Only provided marketplace recommendations without execution ownership. </li><li>Only worked on Indian marketplaces. </li><li>Limited exposure to the U.S. marketplace. </li><li>Only supported Indian brands with occasional U.S. expansion. </li><li>Strong marketplace operations experience but little/no advertising experience. </li><li>Very short agency experience. </li><li>Pure performance marketing experience without
