<p><strong>Senior Business Analyst – IoT</strong></p><p><strong>Experience: 5–8 Years</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Noida Sec-135</strong></p><p><strong>Work Mode: 5 days WFO or as per the client visit</strong></p><p><strong>Employment Type: Contract</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in IoT projects who can bridge the gap between business requirements, product design, and technical implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate should be strong in requirement gathering, wireframing, user-story creation, process flows, and functional documentation, along with a good understanding of APIs, system integrations, IoT architecture, and software development workflows.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.</li><li>Understand IoT-based products, device interactions, and connected-system requirements.</li><li>Convert requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, process flows, and functional prototypes.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Architecture, Development, QA, and stakeholders.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.</li><li>Analyze APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.</li><li>Identify gaps, dependencies, edge cases, and technical constraints.</li><li>Create BRDs, FRDs, user-story documents, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.</li><li>Conduct requirement walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Support development, QA, UAT, and requirement validation.</li><li>Manage requirement changes and keep documentation updated.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.</li><li>Proven experience working on IoT-based projects/products.</li><li>Strong wireframing and user-flow creation experience.</li><li>Excellent user-story, acceptance-criteria, and functional-requirement writing skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, data flows, and system architecture.</li><li>Comfortable with technical discussions and engineering teams.</li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.</li><li>Experience with Figma, Balsamiq, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong documentation and communication skills.</li></ul><p>Technical Understanding – Important</p><p>The candidate should be technically inclined and comfortable discussing:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>REST APIs and third-party integrations</li><li>Request/response structures and API dependencies</li><li>Database concepts and data mapping</li><li>IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and device-to-platform communication</li><li>Data flow between devices, applications, APIs, and backend systems</li><li>Authentication and authorization concepts</li><li>Cloud/platform integrations</li><li>Basic frontend and backend architecture</li><li>System workflows and integration dependencies</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is not a developer role; however, the candidate should be technically strong enough to understand architecture discussions, challenge requirements where required, and communicate effectively with technical teams.</p><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>IoT platforms, connected devices, smart systems, telemetry, or device-management solutions.</li><li>Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li><li>Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI or Postman.</li><li>Agile product development experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong requirement analysis</li><li>Excellent user-story writing</li><li>Wireframing and user-flow expertise</li><li>Technical understanding</li><li>IoT domain knowledge</li><li>Structured problem solving</li><li>Stakeholder management</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong documentation</li><li>Independent collaboration with engineering teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><p>A technically strong Senior BA with IoT experience who can independently understand product requirements, convert them into wireframes and detailed user stories, and work closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are technically and functionally clear.</p>
