Senior AI Full Stack Developer

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently handle assigned Full Stack Development projects from requirement understanding to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Take ownership of projects and independently manage day-to-day development activities with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze requirements, plan technical solutions, and independently implement complete web applications.
  • Develop robust backend applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
  • Work with MySQL and implement efficient database design, queries, relationships, and optimization.
  • Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integrate AI-powered features into web applications using Generative AI and third-party AI APIs.
  • Develop AI capabilities such as AI chatbots, intelligent search, content generation, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Work with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to develop effective AI-powered features and workflows.
  • Implement secure applications with proper authentication, authorization, input validation, and API security.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Independently communicate project progress, technical challenges, and development requirements.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX designers, clients, product stakeholders, or other teams when required, while maintaining individual ownership of assigned projects.
  • Conduct testing and ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of developed applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding and development best practices.
  • Maintain proper technical documentation for independently handled projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Full Stack Development, AI, Generative AI, and web technologies.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
  • Good proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
  • Practical experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, database design, SQL queries, joins, relationships, and optimization.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
  • Practical understanding of AI/Generative AI technologies and their integration into web applications.
  • Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or equivalent platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI chatbot development, or AI automation is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Git/GitHub and version control.
  • Knowledge of web application security and authentication mechanisms.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions independently.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of individual projects.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands‑on experience in PHP/Laravel Full Stack Development.
  • Candidates with experience independently handling complete projects are strongly preferred.
  • Individual Project Handlers are preferred over candidates who have experience only working on limited modules as part of a larger team.
  • Candidate should be capable of handling a project independently, including requirement analysis, database design, frontend development, backend development, API integration, AI integration, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience building and deploying AI‑powered web applications will be an advantage.
  • Experience working on projects involving AI API integration, chatbots, automation, or Generative AI is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and meet project deadlines.
  • Candidates who can demonstrate relevant live projects, GitHub repositories, or previously handled projects are encouraged to apply.

Individual Project Ownership Key Expectation

The selected candidate will be expected to independently handle projects from start to finish.

The candidate should be capable of:

  • Understanding client/business requirements independently.
  • Planning the technical architecture and development approach.
  • Designing and managing the database.
  • Developing the frontend and backend.
  • Developing and integrating APIs.
  • Integrating AI/Generative AI features.
  • Testing and debugging the application.
  • Handling deployment and production‑related issues.
  • Communicating project status and technical challenges.
  • Providing ongoing maintenance and improvements.
  • Taking complete responsibility for the assigned project with minimal supervision.

Candidates with proven experience as an Individual Project Handler / End‑to‑End Project Developer are preferred.
