  • Chart Management: Update electronic health records (EHR) with critical data such as breast density, follow‑up dates, surgical notes, and physical exam findings.
  • Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and proofread drafts for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to industry standards (e.g., MQSA, HIPAA).
  • Collaborative Clarification: Engage with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to resolve ambiguities, confirm terminology, and ensure report completeness.
