About the Role

Edify Champs is looking for passionate and dedicated online mentors to deliver one-on-one live sessions to students based in the USA and Canada. If you have strong subject expertise and enjoy teaching, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging one-on-one online classes.

Deliver demo sessions to prospective students.

Explain concepts effectively using appropriate teaching resources.

Create an interactive and student-focused learning environment.

Build confidence and interest in the subject through personalized teaching.

Compensation

₹100 for every demo class conducted.

If the demo converts into a paid enrollment, you will receive an additional ₹250, making the total compensation ₹350 for that session.

Students who enroll after a successful demo will be assigned to you for regular paid classes.

Requirements

Strong subject knowledge in the relevant domain.

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Access to a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Availability to work during night shift hours (IST) to teach students in the USA and Canada.
