SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master – System Architect

Job Description:

  • Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA
  • Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements
  • Define how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA
  • Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and other SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs
  • Ensure alignment between HRMM and relevant S/4HANA processes and integration points
  • Collaborate with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Support configuration and implementation teams with architectural guidance and design decisions
  • Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of solution and integration issues
  • Review solution designs for consistency with the overall S/4HANA architecture
  • Prepare and maintain solution architecture and design documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures
  • Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
  • Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design
  • Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs
  • Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders
  • Added advantage: Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration, particularly for employee, organizational, and HR master data
  • Added advantage: Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns used between Workday and SAP environments
