SAP Program Manager

Lead and manage multiple SAP projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues. Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Hire, train, and manage a team of SAP consultants and developers to support project delivery. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices for future projects. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide project updates and recommendations.
