Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical, and project-oriented Salesforce training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and the ability to explain technical concepts using real-time business scenarios and implementation examples.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Salesforce training sessions for beginners, experienced professionals, and corporate learners.
  • Develop structured lesson plans and training materials based on learner requirements.
  • Provide hands-on training using real-time Salesforce business scenarios.
  • Cover Salesforce concepts including:
  • Salesforce CRM Fundamentals
  • Salesforce Architecture
  • Objects, Fields, and Relationships
  • Data Modeling and Data Management
  • Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
  • Reports and Dashboards
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Automation
  • Flow Builder
  • Validation Rules and Formula Fields
  • Salesforce Security and Access Management
  • Data Import/Export and Data Loader
  • Apex Programming
  • SOQL and SOSL
  • Triggers and Asynchronous Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • APIs and Salesforce Integrations
  • Change Sets and Deployment
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting
  • Provide practical assignments, coding exercises, and project-based training.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end Salesforce implementation scenarios.
  • Explain real-time development, customization, integration, and support processes.
  • Prepare training presentations, exercises, assessments, and project materials.
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Help learners prepare for Salesforce certification exams where required.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Prior experience as a Salesforce Trainer, Developer, Consultant, Administrator, or Technical Instructor.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning, and Salesforce automation.
  • Experience with Flow Builder and Salesforce security model.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce integration concepts and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
  • Real-time Salesforce project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration and API development.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are an advantage.
  • Experience training working professionals and corporate teams is preferred.
