Job Description

Mianro Systems is hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our outbound sales team selling to U.S.-based businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong U.S. telesales experience, excellent closing skills, and proven experience managing sales agents.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of US telesales experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of Sales Team Leadership experience
  • Strong experience in an outbound sales environment
  • Experience selling to U.S. customers/business owners
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Experience managing sales KPIs, pipelines, CRM, and follow-ups
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team-management skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and performance reviews
  • Monitor calls, messages, follow-ups, pipelines, and conversions
  • Coach agents on pitching, objection handling, follow-up, and closing
  • Help agents close difficult or high-potential opportunities
  • Track individual and team KPIs
  • Ensure CRM and pipeline discipline
  • Identify underperforming agents and create improvement plans
  • Train and support new sales team members
  • Provide management with sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Take ownership of overall team revenue performance
Ideal Candidate We are looking for a target-driven Sales Leader who can actively coach a remote team, identify conversion problems, improve agent performance, and consistently push the team toward achieving sales targets.

This is not only a reporting or people-management role. You must be comfortable getting involved in sales conversations, reviewing opportunities, coaching agents daily, and helping the team close business.

Work Requirements

  • Must be available full-time during U.S. business hours
  • Reliable laptop/desktop and high-speed internet
  • Professional work-from-home setup
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, CRM systems, Google Sheets, Loom, and HubStaff
Compensation Fixed Salary: Monthly in-hand salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000. Based on experience and interview performance

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives linked to team sales results.

Candidates without 5+ years of U.S. telesales experience and 2+ years of team leadership experience should not apply.
