Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Executive for Corporate Gifting. The ideal candidate will drive B2B sales, build client relationships, and generate revenue by promoting customized corporate gifting solutions to companies across UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new corporate clients for gifting solutions - Ramadan, National Day, Employee recognition, Events, etc
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and key decision makers
  • Sales & Quotation: Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
  • Product Knowledge: Present catalogs, samples, and customized gifting options to clients
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Coordination: Coordinate with design, production, and logistics team for timely delivery and quality
  • Market Research: Track competitor activities, market trends, and new gifting trends in UAE

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5years in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales in UAE. Experience in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, or Printing is a plus
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of UAE corporate market and client base
  • Other: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • License: Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage

Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 4,500 - AED 5,000
  • Commission/Incentives based on performance
  • Other benefits as per UAE labor law
