About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our outbound business development efforts. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for professionals, freelancers, students, and part-time sales enthusiasts who are confident in generating qualified opportunities and driving revenue growth.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with flexible working hours, making it suitable for individuals looking to earn based on performance while managing other commitments.

Compensation

  • 100% Performance-Based / Commission-Based

Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and WhatsApp engagement.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers.
  • Initiate conversations and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity across multiple channels.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support

  • Understand prospect requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture opportunities and drive conversions.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track outreach activities and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate reporting.
  • Follow established outreach processes and sales best practices.
  • Continuously improve prospecting effectiveness and conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and WhatsApp engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
