RITES Empanelment of Experts for Azerbaijan Railway Project 2026 Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Empanelment of International and National Experts REOI No. RITES/RI/RP/EOI/Experts/2026/01 | Date: 13.07.2026 RITES Ltd., a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible professionals for empanelment as Experts with RITES Limited for the Railway Electrification, Signaling and Telecommunication Consultancy Project in the Republic of Azerbaijan , for which RITES intends to submit a bid. The empanelled Experts will be considered for deployment against suitable positions. The selection of the particular Expert(s) shall, however, be done from the list of empanelled Experts based on the qualification requirements for the projects and negotiation between RITES and the empanelled Expert(s).
