Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both guests and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in food production or kitchen management is highly desirable.

Pay: £2,200.00-£2,700.00 per month
