Remote Virtual Executive Assistant — Fluent English Required (USD Pay)

APPLY AT ELITEEAPATHWAY.COM Elite EA Pathway is a U.S.-based Virtual Executive Assistant company. We connect top-tier remote assistants with executives, founders, and business owners across the United States. As an independent contractor, you work from home and can build long-term client relationships supporting demanding, high-performing clients.

Who we are looking for

You are driven, sharp, and ready to grow. You have a strong educational background, exceptional organizational instincts, and the kind of attention to detail that makes executives trust you with their most important work. You take ownership, anticipate what's needed before being asked, and treat every task — big or small — with the same level of care.

You are ambitious. You want more than just a job: you want to build expertise, develop high-level skills, and grow into a sought-after virtual executive assistant supporting some of the most demanding clients in the United States.

You are fluent in professional English (C1/C2) — written and spoken — because you will be communicating directly with U.S.-based executives every day. If your English is not at this level, please do not apply.

If you are educated, organized, hungry to grow, and ready to deliver exceptional work, we want to meet you.

What you will do

  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and travel
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project deadlines across time zones
  • Draft professional emails and business communications in English
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
  • Conduct research and organize data
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursement documentation
  • Support clients with CRM and task management tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar)
  • Provide reliable, proactive executive support to U.S.-based clients
Requirements
  • You are fluent in English (C1/C2), both written and spoken. Non-negotiable.

  • You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication
  • You are comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
  • You can work independently in a remote environment, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment
  • You are committed to delivering excellent work — we value long-term working relationships with the contractors in our network
  • Previous experience supporting executives, founders, or entrepreneurs in a virtual setting is preferred
Technical requirements Computer To deliver this work effectively, you will need:
  • Laptop or desktop purchased within the last 4 years

  • Wired ethernet connection strongly preferred
  • A backup internet source (mobile hotspot or secondary provider)

  • Quiet, private, professional home office
  • Power backup (UPS) recommended in areas with frequent outages
What we offer
  • This is an independent contractor opportunity — you are free to take on other clients, projects, or work outside of your contracted hours
  • Your initial engagement includes a minimum of 80 hours/month of contracted work at USD $9/hour
  • Performance-based growth up to 180 hours/month — as a top-performing contractor, you can earn expanded engagements
  • Access to a rigorous optional certification program — the Elite EA Pathway certification equips you with the skills, systems, and confidence to excel as a virtual executive assistant, and higher certification levels unlock higher-paying engagements
  • Your working schedule and paid time off are set by each individual client as part of the engagement terms — you review and accept these terms when committing to an engagement
  • Opportunities to take on senior or specialized engagements
  • A supportive remote contractor community
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, social security contributions, and any local registrations required in your country of residence.
