[Remote] Sales Director / Business Development Director – Oracle Cloud | USA

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Convelox is an Oracle Cloud implementation partner delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions and industry-focused offerings. The Sales Director will grow the company’s Oracle Cloud business in the USA through customer acquisition, Oracle co-selling, pipeline development, enterprise relationship building, and deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Convelox’s Oracle Cloud sales strategy and pipeline across the USA
  • Generate new opportunities through direct enterprise sales, existing relationships, Oracle referrals, and co-sell activities
  • Build strong relationships with Oracle Account Executives, Sales Directors, Industry Sales, and Alliance teams
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers and expand strategic accounts
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Position Convelox’s Oracle Cloud implementation, transformation, managed services, and industry solutions
  • Engage with CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and other senior business executives to identify transformation opportunities
  • Collaborate with Convelox leadership, solution architects, and presales teams to develop winning proposals and solutions
  • Maintain a strong qualified pipeline and achieve agreed bookings, revenue, and sales targets

Skills

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying Oracle Cloud Applications and/or Oracle Cloud services sales experience , with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and closing complex Oracle Cloud enterprise deals
  • Sales experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, EPM, Manufacturing, Unifier, and/or related Oracle Cloud offerings
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle sales ecosystem and experience working with Oracle teams on enterprise opportunities
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity creation through closure
  • Experience selling Oracle Cloud implementation, transformation, managed services, or consulting engagements is preferred
  • Experience in Construction & Engineering, Real Estate, Facility Management, Manufacturing, Fintech, or related industries is an advantage
  • Existing relationships with Oracle sales teams and/or enterprise customers in the USA are highly preferred
