[Remote] Product Operations and Payment Cards, Product Manager - MN Market - Remote

The Product Manager for Product Operations and Payment Cards will oversee day-to-day operations related to payment cards for Government Programs, while supporting product delivery initiatives for Medicare Advantage plans. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain consistent operational standards and develop necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in project-based work with Product, Government Programs, and broader UHG functional teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Medicaid financial VAB products, partnering with business stakeholders to shape product direction and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with executive reporting and product strategy documentation
  • Support the development of executive presentations and materials for product overview sessions
  • Conduct analytical, experimental, investigative, and fact-finding work to deliver data-driven insights that support product development strategies
  • Support Medicaid product planning and RFP processes, including documentation reviews, materials reviews, and go-live readiness assessments
  • Perform daily payment card operations, including issuance, escalations, maintenance, and reporting
