Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, tech‑savvy

Remote Data Entry Specialist

to join our Global Operations team. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our data across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to capture, verify, and update information that drives decision‑making, reporting, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

    Data Capture & Verification:

    Accurately enter, update, and validate data from various sources into talentflow’s enterprise systems.

      Quality Assurance:

      Perform regular audits, spot‑checks, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.

        Process Improvement:

        Identify bottlenecks, propose automation or workflow enhancements, and collaborate with IT to implement solutions.

          Stakeholder Collaboration:

          Communicate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, IT) to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.

            Documentation & Reporting:

            Generate routine reports, maintain documentation, and provide insights on data trends and anomalies.

              Compliance & Security:

              Adhere to data privacy policies, secure handling protocols, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

                Essential Qualifications

                • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
                • Minimum of 2 years of data entry or administrative experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
                • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools.
                • Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of high accuracy and minimal error rates.
                • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
                • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
