Regional Ecommerce Operations Lead (North)

<p><span>We are hiring a senior operations leader to head North Region for a leading Logistics Company and to lead Last Mile Operations. This is a fast-scaling, tech-driven logistics platform. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing large on-ground teams, scaling regional operations, and ensuring superior service delivery across multiple cities and states.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The position requires a hands-on leader who can balance execution, people leadership, process compliance, and business growth, while acting as a strong cultural ambassador for the organization. It is a high-impact leadership opportunity to own and scale last-mile operations with direct visibility and influence on service excellence, customer experience, and regional business growth.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please Note:</strong><span> Candidates with experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick or hyperlocal delivery platforms, and a proven track record of managing large, multi-state operations are preferred; exposure to tech-driven or startup environments will be a strong advantage.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities :</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Lead and oversee end-to-end last-mile operations across assigned states in North India.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Own operational performance across multiple hubs / operating units and drive continuous improvement.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Guide, mentor, and review performance of regional and city-level operations leaders.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Analyse operational metrics, productivity data, and forecasts to drive capacity planning and expansion decisions.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Ensure strong process adherence, compliance, and zero tolerance for operational discrepancies on ground.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Act as an escalation point for critical operational issues and resolve them in coordination with regional stakeholders.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Partner closely with Sales teams to support volume growth and ensure operational readiness for demand spikes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Own regional budgets, cost controls, and productivity targets.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Work closely with HR and Talent teams on manpower planning, hiring, and workforce productivity.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Serve as a culture and values champion, driving high standards of service and execution excellence across the region.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills & Competencies :</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Strong experience in Last-Mile / Hyperlocal / Logistics Operations at a regional or multi-city level.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Proven expertise in operations scaling, workforce management, and cost optimization.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable insights.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- High ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing large on-ground and managerial teams.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, execution-focused environment.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>If you think you fit the bill then do send us a cover note on your experience, fitment along with your detailed CV and with your current CTC and we will get back to you.</span></p>
