Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist – FMCG role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes for various roles across production, operations, sales, and support functions. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, supporting onboarding and basic training coordination, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.

The Recruitment

Specialist will collaborate closely with HR and line managers to understand workforce needs, support manpower planning, and help build a stable talent pipeline for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, including the ability to evaluate both technical fit and behavioral competencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating training and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices, labor regulations, and standard recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple open positions at once, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
