Receptionist Office Coordinator

*Looking for Project Coordinator*


Location - Andheri East

Shift timings - 10:30am to 7:30pm

Week off - Sunday

Salary - 30k (Can go upto 35k of the candidate is really good)

Experience - 2+ years of experience in Service or Project Coordination (REAL ESTATE Industry)


*Job Responsibilities*

- Schedule Tracking: Keep a close eye on the project status, log action points, and update master project calendars.

- Team Communication: Act as the main contact point between the internal team and the builder.

- Document Control: Maintain all the project related documents and official reports.

- Vendor Support: Review basic invoices, and help process billing paperwork.

- Progress Reporting: Write weekly status updates on budget usage and project milestones for senior managers.


*Required Skills & Tools*

- Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills for team alignment.

- Organization: Strong focus on details and keeping records straight.

- Software: Hands-on skill with MS Office, MS Project or Excel, and basic database tools.

- Industry Knowledge: Basic grasp of the real estate industry, architectural drawings, and construction terms.
