Position: Receptionist Department: Administration / Front Office Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Reporting To: HR / Administration Manager Job Summary We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent support to visitors, employees, and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities · Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. · Manage the reception/front-office area and maintain a professional appearance. · Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department. · Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier, and other correspondence. · Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required. · Coordinate with employees regarding visitor appointments and meetings. · Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments. · Respond to general inquiries from visitors, employees, and external contacts. · Maintain basic office records, documents, and registers. · Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day administrative activities. · Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required. · Assist with employee attendance, courier, travel, and other administrative coordination as assigned. · Ensure reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable. · Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. · Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
