Quantity Estimator - Fresher (WFH)


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate day-to-day operational requirements for ongoing interior projects.
2. Communicate with site teams, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding project requirements.
3. Track material requirements, deliveries, pending tasks, and project timelines.
4. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are arranged as per project schedules.
5. Assist in coordinating BOQs, drawings, material requirements, and project documentation.
6. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
7. Maintain project-related records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
8. Monitor pending activities and follow up with relevant teams for timely closure.
9. Coordinate meetings, updates, and information flow between different stakeholders.
10. Assist in tracking project costs, invoices, purchase-related documents, and operational expenses.
11. Identify operational delays or gaps and escalate them to the concerned team.
12. Support the project team in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Freshers with an educational background in civil engineering are welcome to apply.
  2. 2. 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, construction, interiors, procurement, or a related field.
  3. 3. Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  4. 4. Basic understanding of project coordination and construction/interior workflows.
  5. 5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  6. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. 7. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
  8. 8. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with trackers, documents, and deadlines.
  9. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
