Role & responsibilities:-

  • Manage accounting and financial reporting for US real estate portfolios.
  • Process invoices, accounts payable, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
  • Perform bank and vendor reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Work with accounting software such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI and RealPage.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred candidate profile:-
  • Qualified CA (ICAI) or CPA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US Accounting / Property Management Accounting.
  • Immediate Joiner & 15 Days Notice.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Experience in Experience in US Real Estate or Property Management Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
